Our Promise: Home grown sweetness!

The Sugar Garden is a designer sweet and catering company located just outside of Barrie, Ontario.

We design unique cakes, cupcakes, cookies and bouquets for any occasion.  The Sugar Garden's creations are made in a nut free environment, excluding coconut, many of our products in gluten and dairy free.  All of our products all made from scratch with only the finest ingredients.

Throughout the summer through to the fall we harvest all of our own fruits and vegetables grown right here on our property.   Other sources of our fresh fruits and vegetables are grown on the family farm which are all controlled organically.

Harvest is the best time of the year. It smells wonderful, the scenery is beautiful and the garden is bountiful.  Our whole family gets together for harvest, preparing them, not only for Norfolk County fair exhibits but for storage as well.

We can our own pumpkins, squashes, apples, peaches, tomatoes, pickles, beets, peppers, sauces, jams and jellys used in our baked products.  A tradition, that has been passed on through the generations of our family.

Even though canning is a dieing art that takes an enormous amount of time it is well worth the effort!  The proof is not only in the taste but in the quality.   It's a garden in a can.  We are committed to having whole natural ingredients in our recipes with no preservatives to provide the healthiest solutions to our customers.

In addition to our organic produce we used high end cocoa, courverture chocolate (highest cocoa mass), Madagascar vanilla and natural flavouring.  Ie lemon juice and rind instead of lemon extract.
